No, I have a 24, but most air filter boxes for most manufacturers are pretty similar. Usually two tabs on the back of the lid that you have to get in place first then make sure the lid swings down, hinge like, on those two tabs and seats in the lower channel, If not seated in that lower channel...
Now a days replacing an air filter always seems to be harder than it should be. In the good old days all you had to do was remove an easily accessible wing nut and remove the lid on the top of the carb. Now you have to maneuver your fingers in tight quarters to get to the clips to release them...

I thought the major idea behind Ford endorsing the 3D printing designs and incorporating them into the truck was for the designers to share their ideas with the community as many members of this forum have done.
I ran into the same thing on my swap. The harness is there and connected to the non lighted visor. Why? For what? I thought it would be an easy swap but there is no power at the connector. I don’t have Forscan and didn’t want mess with it anyway, so I just spliced into the wires on the new...
Not my first Pony. The last Mustang restoration I did and eventually sold, was a 66 Candy Apple Red with a white convertible top. 289. Nothing special HiPo wise but I really cut my teeth on working with that thing. 289 engines were really easy to work on. I completely rebuilt it. Having never...
And I think it's because I'm addicted to this forum. I fear I'm about to become victim to every ailment that so many people have fallen victim to. I think I have CV joint issues. But then I don't. I think I have Battery State of Charge issues. But then I don't. I think I have high rev issues...
I own a 1970 Mustang Mach 1 with a 351 Cleveland 4 barrel and a 4 speed top loader. I also own a 2024 Maverick 2.0. I get challenged just about every time I take the Mach 1 out. I play with them a little but always lose. On Purpose. It's not worth it to me to blow a gasket or worse. Looks like...
That might have solved one problem but it created another. Your BMS now thinks you own a brand new battery and will adjust the charge it now receives appropriately. New batteries get a lower charge.
They will more than likely just replace the door. It's too much work to remove the old skin and put a new one on. Labor is expensive. The good news is that it should not take too long to fix and you'll be happy once you get it back good as new.
Also not wise for the Coyotes, Bob Cats, and raptors that feed on squirrels and other rodents that consume poisons placed out with good intensions and then pass the poisons down the food chain. I have had pack rats actually build nest on top of those devices with the sounds and strobing lights...
I've added yet another app on my phone and it is now operational in CarPlay on my Maverick. I haven't used it yet though. I need to educate myself on the functionality. It looks good though.
Maybe, maybe not. The money comes from Ford to the dealer. No skin off the nose of the dealer but he/she maybe allotted a certain amount of certificates and they could be holding them for very special customers. I would absolutely bring it up after the best price was given. It depends on how bad...
The dealers hold the cards. If your vehicle has been in their service department more times than both of you like, the dealer may reach out to you and say "Hey, do both of us a favor. Let's take your problem vehicle back in trade, and we can give you 10% discount from the MSRP on that traded...
For those Maverick owners unhappy with their vehicles and within the 3 year/36K warranty period. Ford wants you to buy a new one.
