I’ve had this happen to me a few times too. It’s always my wife as the passenger getting out to get the mail. Pretty sure I’m in park before she opens the door. It really doesn’t bother me and I just shrug my shoulders when she gives me a dirty look. It annoys her though.
I have a 24 XLT that did not have a charger. One of the first mods I did was to install an aftermarket one that I think was on Amazon and designed and sold for the Bronco. What I liked about this charger was that it had small cooling fans under the charger plate. A common concern from Maverick...
I bought a set similar to that by another manufacturer for my 24 XLT. They did not fit. The gap was too wide. They did fit my wife's BMW though. Perfectly.
You are correct. The point I was trying to make is the 56 year old car with 1970's tech starts every time without any kind of Battery Saver. It started every time that I expected it to from the day I bought it in 1975. Oh sure, I've had to replace several batteries over the years but they all...

I've read previous posts where squirrels have stored acorns in the wheels and other places. Makes more noise than you might think. Do you keep your truck outside?
There have been so many threads, theories, self proclaimed fixes and solutions to this problem that by this point, a lot of members have become skeptical to just about anything posted these days. Adding to the skepticism is your frankly, anonymous confirmed source.
I have a 2024 Eco. I have watched a few videos on battery replacement. Two of them have you removing the air filter box and snorkel, then sliding the battery forward and off the tray. The last one I watched the tech lifted the battery up and off the tray without touching the air cleaner box. I...
