Copilot 360 vs Copilot 360 Assist

I’m looking at 2025 XLTs and I’m seeing copilot 360 as a stand alone option for $795 (give or take, I don’t remember exactly) and I’m seeing copilot 360 assist (not 2.0, not +) as a no charge option included.

From my understanding, copilot 360 assist includes the same things as copilot 360 with the addition of adaptive cruise control. Am I missing something? Does copilot 360 assist include the regular copilot 360 commodities such as the BLIS?

I looked into this when I got my 24. The freebie 360 is the minimum safety package that all trims have - backup camera (ha ha ha), auto LED High-Beam, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) (Pedestrian Detection, Forward Collision Warning, Dynamic Brake Support). The pay to play version has the BLIS and lane keeping system.

I think the WS has it mis-named, as the Order Guide calls the "base" package Co-Pilot 360Technology, not Assist.

What you're probably thinking of is just Co-pilot360 which is $795 on the XL and XLT models and includes the following:

In 2022-2024 model year, there was a Co-Pilot 360 Assist+ Package that received Adaptive Cruise, Lane Centering, Evasive Steering Assist, Rear Sensors. In 2024, the package was standard on the Lariat. As I will discuss in my video tonight, it is confusing because of the names. The best thing for them to do is remove the Co-Pilot 360 Assist Package from optional equipment section on the window sticker. The equipment listed in the standard equipment is correct but it is going to confuse people. @Ford Motor Company

This is basically the same thing I was coming up with, but it doesn’t reference the “copilot 360 assist” on the XLT I posted a window sticker of.

No, it means that the CP360 2.0 will include those features for Job 2.

It happens. It has been happening with the Pro Trailering features where inconsistencies occur between the WS, features listed in an email, or the B&P tool.
