Mine had 45 miles on it when i picked it up... seemed like a lot to me
This might reflect the quality check hold period of time when some Mavericks were picked for quality testing.

I don't like the fact that the truck has gone from built to ordered!
Is this on Ford's tracker? Sometime the tracker is wrong and later it gets corrected by Ford. Your dealer will have the most accurate tracking info on your Maverick. Some of the dealers are willing to share this info with the customer...you may want to give it a try.

I've seen a few on here report that happening and then a couple days later it jumps back up to shipped.

same suspension. I see a screen resonator, I don't recall any prior year trucks having those but then again I don't go looking for it under trucks, either. :ROFLMAO:
Is the suspension diff. in hybrid lariat or same as xlt?

I traded my 24 on a 25 because FWD was useless even in my yard, total spin machine.

In PA, a bad FWD system is dangerous, you need AWD.
I learned the v first day, the front wheels kept spinning on my long drive. Awaiting my awd hybrid lariat

Thanks! If you get a chance, crawl under and take a picture of the spare tire "popper", I'm curious if they've moved it forward to easily accommodate the larger diameter spare (from previous years).

Not everyone wants or needs AWD especially for 2.2k.
Here in Minnesota it's a must. I've owned a few FWD vehicles - not a pleasant driving experience during a snow storm. 2.2K is a small price to pay for safety.

Big difference between a must and a want just to have. I haven't owned a single AWD car in my 25+years of driving. Survived plenty of snow storms etc. if I was in the market again AWD would be on my want just to have but not must list....don't get me started on 4k tow

Ahh, you have not been hopelessly stuck in snow with those front wheels spinning away. I live in MN (born in Duluth, raised in Hibbing) and I can tell you AWD is a must. Unless you have AAA and like calling them to get unstuck.

The ONLY reason I bought the Maverick was because they offered an AWD hybrid, otherwise I would have passed.
