Upon further investigation it looks like im out of luck.but i don’t want a hybrid so if i get another truck im going to have to get awd and definitely the tow hitch,thats the only option on my 2022 model.

When the camera recall is done buy a 2024 XL off a dealers lot.

You can order a 24 Maverick but many dealers have them on their lot. However, due to the camera recall, the XL and XLT's can not sold until the fix is available and applied to these Mavericks.

Hybrid has been standard equipment, except when there were supply chain issues and they couldn't keep up with Hybrid demand.

And turbos with FWD were not as popular as AWD, so they made the turbo AWD-only.

The Hybrid initial quality control issues all seem to be addressed or will be soon. I have not had any Hybrid-related problems with my '23 XL.
