No one scheduled on 11/14? My dealer said yesterday that I'm scheduled for January. Asked for my VIN and got crickets. Nothing from Ford. Chat says I'm not scheduled. Good times.

I don't think Ford chat knows what they are looking at half the time. A few weeks ago I got a vin and a scheduled date. I contacted them again the other day just for the heck of it. Now they say I don't have a date and my order is processing... Yet I have a vin and when I look at the tracker I have a date of 12/16.

I have a production date of yesterday and my modules populated. Not a built date yet, but it has to get a spray in and tonneau installed and get an OK to buy from EPA

I received 1 email for confirmation but that was all. I got on the Ford chat to see what was going on and they sent me the vin number and said it was in production. And still no text message or email from Ford about it. I gave the vin to my salesman and he looked it up and sure enough it's the one I ordered. What I'm getting at is you may try Ford chat for more information.

Unbelievable. Dealer was right on the scheduling, but I had to get the VIN from Chat. Either way, a happy camper!

I have good news!
Ford Chat said unscheduled clean as of Thursday 14, at about 2 pm

I stopped by my dealer today, Friday the 15th. The dealer gave me a build week of January 13 and a VIN number.

I am a happy camper! for all of you that are not scheduled yet, it just takes time and be patient. My original order date was August 2. I still have not received any emails.

Unlike when I ordered my 2022, I am not getting emails either. Best way is through Ford chat. And MTC of course for helpful information.

I'm in the same boat as you Darrell. Email that they have my order but not a word since. ordered a loaded Lariet on August 2nd. I think the trailer assist and hitch assist is what held it up. I hope to be in job 2.

How long after August 2 did it take for you to receive the email ?

I placed a deposit on 11-1-24 for a 2025 Lariat hybrid. I have not heard anything since then.
Sent email to my salesman but got no reply. Called salesman and he said he would check
with the inventory manager and get back to me. But he never did.

I get the feeling my salesman is a flake. I'll try contacting the inventory manager myself.

Lots of folks have not been scheduled. You’ll get scheduled when your dealership has allocations.

And remember it takes a week to a week and a half for production to be completed.

I got the order confirmation email within a week. Nothing since then. I think the Lariat will be scheduled for February becasethe trailer and hitch assist are standard and were not built in build 1 but are for build 2. That what I've gathered from hours reading this forum.

Plenty of Lariats scheduled for job 1, mine included.

We just won't have the pro trailering features.

That did not hold it up. It’s not available on job 1. I ordered a lariat with 4K tow. Mine will be built without the pro trailering feature.

job 2 prices will increase when option is available.

Same boat on trailer assist as I will be in job1, not sure how much to care about it but I hear it’s really nice. Original build week was 11/11 now delayed til 12/2.. lariat. 4K tow sunroof. Hopefully this date is firm as I wanted it fairly early or would have waited for job2.
