I could be wrong, but i think back-up camera laws stemmed from children being run over because they can not be seen in mirrors when directly behind a vehicle.

I haven't had this issue in a Maverick but this sounds like a USB power problem. USB port doesn't have enough power capacity to charge phone and use a large SSD.

Molded carpet or any sound deadening material for behind back seat, similar to what is in a Ranger. It could be 2 piece to make shipping easy. Scan and mold it like floor mats.

Oil Pump I think I found the answer, it is a mechanical oil pump.

Ford doesn't trust assembly either, remember they are holding the 2025's for 6 weeks before shipping to catch any issues. Dumbest thing I ever heard a manufacture admit.

I don't understand what 6 weeks does for Ford. Are they expecting to catch assembly workers errors? If they can't trust the workers, why should we and we shouldn't be buying at all. If there looking for design errors, how do they find them if we aren't driving? This sounds like Ford is...

Keeping it simple, Lariat AWD Hybrid, Power Moonroof, 4k. Hopefully it won't take too long. But I think I'll have some 19" wheels/tires to sell, there all ugly to me. Wish I could have bought with steelies and get my own wheels/tires.

Does the confirmation email come from Ford or dealer? Dealer told me it was ordered but haven't seen an email from Ford.

Do allocations startover for the MY25? Just how does that work? My local dealer isn't very big, I want to understand better how the allocations work before I place order. I've only ever seen a couple mavericks at this dealer, so I'm afraid they may not be the best to order from.

Couldn't agree more, add Sync 4 and leave it alone. Ford can't build fast enough anyway this will add another delay. The wheels can be changed, but we are stuck with that fugly front end forever!
