I like the idea. Easy install for the ecoboost engine version. How about the 25 hybrid? Hmmmm.
It should work for the 25 hybrid as well.

I like the concept and have previously installed light bars on several vehicles. In the past I used a 24” or 30” solid light bar that could only be adjusted up and down. Too low and it didn’t help much; too high and it risked blinding on-coming drivers. What I really needed was a light bar that could be curved in a convex manner to broaden the field of illumination in order to see deer, elk and other animals as they approach the road from the side. So, will your light bar have adjustability to broaden the field of illumination??
Our current light bar doesn’t have the ability to adjust.

I do love the DD fog kit for the Maverick. Well done and reasonably priced. I haven't seen an overhead light bar product from them, but then again, I'm not in the market for one so perhaps I just missed it. Do they have one?
I don't know if they have a overhead light bar yet for the Maverick, I'm not currently in the market for such a product, but with their recent introduction of products at the SEMA show, something may be coming soon. I do know they make quality products and provide very good warranties on their products. For me, if I'm considering anything related to lighting, they will always be my go to source for the product.

I must have misunderstood the installation instructions. I thought the aim point for the individual lights can be adjusted vertically, but not side to side.?

I'm in agreement with DD's products and their customer service/warranty. No doubt they are taking a look at the Mabett overhead light bar and perhaps they have one on the drawing board. Like you, I have no need, but would definitely consider the lightbar a necessity if l lived in a rural area.

good video - nice product - but with that angle off the windshield having constant uplift and driven water and salt while driving, a few 1/8" STRIPS OF 3M tape aren't going to last very long and this thing will be a projectile

at minimum epoxy it down if you get this

You're correct, our roof lights can be adjusted vertically, but not side to side.

We haven't tested it on a Bronco Sport yet, so we're not sure if it would be a perfect fit.

Mabett - you liked the suggestion above to use epoxy on the light bar to secure it beyond just the double sided tape. Is that necessary and Mabett’s recommendation?

It looks like water will collect behind the light and in the top screw holes. Are there drains that just don't show up in the video? (Nice video by the way). Is there much wind noise or vibration at highway speeds?

It would be nice if the light had a flat finish to match the rest of the truck's black parts, can it be painted? I ask because some plastics don't hold paint.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wireless on/off and the way the wires routed down the side of the windshield, no holes. Pretty sweet.

As others have noted, it would be even more useful if the lights could adjust up/down and side-to-side.

Thanks for your innovations on behalf of the Maverick community.

I like it. Not having to drill and splice wires is a huge plus as well. I just question the longevity of tucking the wires along the windshield. Great job nonetheless. I may go for one..
