My 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid and 2020 Ford EcoSport SES have been showing in the Ford Pass App that the Vehicle Health is Temporarily Unavailable since Saturday, October 26, 2024. I thought it would have corrected itself over the weekend, however as of today (Wednesday, October 30, 2024) both cars are showing in the Vehicle Health under Service prompt Temporarily Unavailable. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to no avail.
I spoke with a Ford representative (Samatha) from the 1-800 number yesterday, (Tuesday, October 29, 2024). The representative indicated there was a nationwide maintenance service and the Ford App should be up and running within a few hours. However, that never happened.
I called back today to the same 1-800 number (Dearborn, MI); the rep (Jackie) indicated there to again uninstall the app and re-install., including going to the car to uninstall and reinstall connectivity on the Ford Pass (both cars have Sync 3). Then, she found an issue with the server not being able to locate the connectivity to the EcoSport, however the Maverick was located. Again, I tried uninstalling the Ford Pass in the car and on my Android App (Pixel 6a).
The rep had to create a case number and gave instructions to call back tomorrow if the vehicle health issue does not resolve.
I have not seen any thread on the Forum regarding the issue I am having either in the past or present.
Anyone else in a similar situation regarding Ford Pass since October 26, 2024.
