It looks like you side rail attachment is totally different than mine (up in the
corners).

what kind of air pressure were you running? takes a pretty good hit to reach the bead where that tire is damaged.

likely not a side hit without damaging the wheel but I wouldn't rule out dimensional damage. I'd put a dial indicator on it to be sure. a little side to side wobble wouldn't necessarily be noticeable but will eat your new tire.

The front bumper cover to skid plate is a week spot. I wish there was an upgrade for this area, replace the plastic with a metal skid plate.

I Agree, modular bumpers are the way to go for future builds.

Great info, thank you. I was running 21 PSI I believe. I am currently trying to find footage of what I was running for sure, but I believe 21

Yeah the Mav even in Tremor form is not a crawler for many reasons.

Mine is torn up in the same spot. I have been looking for an option and found none so far. I found something for the fx4 but would not work at all for a Tremor.

I went with a retractable bed cover. Being that it’s made of aluminum alloy, it’s a permanent solution.

For the FX4 and the non fx4 HRG has this skid plate. Says it fits 2.0T Mavericks.

It will not fit the Tremor as the Tremor has a different front to give it a better approach angle. And suggest it will not fit the hybrid, I am guessing it uses mounting points not on the hybrid? But I have not seen a hybrid to compare.

Thanks @Rivers90! It looks like a bit of a trade-off. Extra protection but a slight loss of clearance/approach angle. I might consider this after I damage the plastic further.
