Anyone having problems with uneven tire wear on their Maverick.

I have a 2023 hybrid tire pressure is Good and have no damage, not even driven off A curb. Tires have been rotated regularly and i have a total of 60000 km. Rear passenger tire has bad wear on the outer edge alll the other tires are fine.

Is it possible the wear happened while the tire was on the front and it went unnoticed? If so, it could just be an alignment issue.

I have not on mine. Take it to a tire store and ask.

Also going to be tough for people on the internet to diagnose without pictures.

Get an alignment check. You've bent something somewhere. The rear wheels on a hybrid are on a very simple I-beam suspension with a torsion bar acting also as the swaybar. There is nothing that can go worng on that setup, so you've probably hit a curb really hard. The only other possibility is that the wear occurred when it was on the front and you did some really hard cornering. Most people corner harder left than they do right.

23 maverick. 22 thousand miles. Factory continentals all look the same and look good. I never rotate.

If you rotate often, the current position of the worn tire could be misleading. Depending on who does the rotation, the sequence could also be reversed. Example: my local Costco rotates in the opposite direction to the Maverick manual. On my Mav, the RF tire wears the most because the long sweeping turns under power are always to the left, and shorter turns to the right here in the USA. This asymmetrical pattern happens on motorcycle tires too.

I have a 23 mav hybrid, I rotated tires & at 22,000 miles wouldn't get a sticker because tires wouldn't pass. Got an alignment at private business when first noticed wear & drifting was told back passenger wheel was out of alignment .37 no way to align. Put on new tires, went to my local Ford, had alignment & they told me everything is ok. Had another alignment 6 months later because of drifting at the Ford where I bought it new for a total of $380 in alignments & was told rear passenger wheel was out .25 but within spec no way to correct. Had it back to Ford about 5 times. Final decision from Ford bulletin 2 days ago, you must keep hands on steering wheel for at least 45 seconds when drifting starts so sensor can kick in and correct electric steering. This thing will cross 4 lanes on highway at 60 mph in about 7 seconds when you take hands off wheel. Haven't tried the 45 seconds timing out yet. Are my tires going to wear out again? I have attached video.
