My 2023 Atlas Blue Hybrid XLT turned 1 year old on Oct. 2. I bought the little truck to tow behind my motorhome. I needed something that would carry all of the "stuff" we need to take as well as comfortably fit 4 adults. The truck meets those needs nicely. The truck now has 3,360 miles on the odometer, but has been towed 10,560 miles. 1 oil change and 1 tire rotation in the last year. It was a bit of a trial at first. I went through the dreaded battery thing with multiple deep sleep messages with the final episode being a totally dead battery that stranded us in Wilcox, AZ (the OEM battery would not take a charge). I purchased a NAPA replacement battery that seems to have cured the battery issues. Then we experienced a "death wobble" situation resulting in (or caused by) an ePower steering assist failure. Ford replaced the steering assembly under warranty twice due to receiving a bad part the first time.
We live near Albuquerque,NM and the little truck has been towed to the Oregon coast and the North Carolina coast as well as a few of places in between. It has served us very well and I am very happy with the truck. The fact that it is averaging a bit over 41 mpg certainly helps.
