Granger's ESP Warranty Service! Wow.

As you likely know, @Granger Ford has been a sponsor here and sells *Real* Ford ESP warranties. I bought one from them for both my 2023 and 2024 Mavericks.

Well, life-needs changed and the 2024 Maverick was traded in this week for a 2024 Ranger 4x4 on 10/2/24. I remembered that I would need to cancel my ESP warranty on 10/3/24 and sent Maria a note to that effect. She responded today told me that she just needed to see a copy of the Maverick's mileage upon trade-in. I sent her a copy and within 30 minutes, she sent me a receipt for my refund...which was over 80% refunded.

Kudos to Granger. Great value on the warranties and super service from Maria!

Ha! I just did something similar and worked via email with Cassie. I haven't seen the check yet, but I got an email about an "overnight express envelope" from UPS coming from Granger. I expect my money may be in there and be to me by today or tomorrow. Another vote for Granger ESP on both the purchase and refund/cancellation side of the equation.

Now I have less struggle as to how long of a warranty to get for the Ranger, knowing that the refund policy is pretty easy and simple. I'm not going to sell the 2023, as I absolutely am still in love with it, especially being able to towing it around. Having our second vehicle being a Ranger with a REAL 4x4 solves our Wyoming snow needs, and my wife's minimal mileage sort of negated the need for the second Maverick.

I experienced the same with Maria! In fact, my situation changed rapidly after purchasing the ESP that they refunded me in full 100%.

Will be putting an ESP from Granger on the 2025 as soon as it arrives.

Thats sweet, completely opposite of my experience trying to get a refund on a VW I traded earlier this year.

To put some details to my post:
The warranty cost me $475 back in February and my refund is $387.50 with only 1370 miles on the clock.

That is pretty good since I think there is something like a flat $70 or $75 cancellation fee to begin with. I don't know the specifics because I was ok with whatever it was.

Everyone there is awesome! If I ever get to buy a new Ford again it will be at Granger. Amazing it's cheaper to fly from Maui to buy a truck than it is to buy it here

A lift and a recovery kit is all the Maverick needs to still leave you high centered -)
