Not sure I know where you are talking about. If he logs onto the forum he sure hasn't answered any posts calling him out. I personally called him out 5 times and he doesn't reply on the forum or with a PM. I have sent emails and they answered email but completely sidestepped answering questions about allocation and other things I've asked.

Not sure why you would log in and not respond to questions addressed directly to you on your own thread. There's service and there's service. Ignoring posts and questions is NOT service. This is the platform HE chose to drum up business. Now that he has it, what happened to the service?

Believe me, if I wouldn't go to the bottom of the line by taking my business elsewhere, I would have canceled my order already.

EDIT:
Per his info, his LAST post was September 14, 2021.
Here's a picture.

Have you called the dealership about you problems?

If you do ask for Ashlie Rayan.

My truck ordered from Chapman has been shipped from Mexico to my courtesy delivery dealer in Atlanta. Expected date of delivery 11/9-11/15.
I wonder if it's on the same train as mine... Mine is on railcar TTGX 702200 and is in Wauhatchie, TN right now.

if I recall correctly dealerinsider yesterday mentioned that they have reached 400 reservation for the maverick and 20 ecobust allocat

I wonder if you can also call ford customer service to cancel it for good also from the reservation list of the particular dealer...
Probably not- After I told my dealer I was not converting my Bronco to a reservation they then used that info to order two Broncos for the dealers lot - So stupid, I get emails saying my Broncos are ready - This whole Ford ordering process is pretty much a joke-

I emailed Tom today and heard back from Courtney. I asked if there was any way of finding out where I may be in their queue of orders (am I in the oldest third, the newest third, etc.) to guesstimate how long I'm waiting on my hybrid or if I should contemplate my next options; sink more money into my current truck or consider an ecoboost and hope to get it sooner. Her response was:
Hi Bill,
Ford is saying 6-12 months for delivery time. I would not be able to tell you where your place is- it is up to Ford what they pick up to get scheduled and timing. Feel free to check in anytime or if you have additional questions.

If I had known my hybrid order with Chapman back on 7/19 might possibly take up to 12 months I would of ordered it from my local dealership.

At the time of ordering I was unaware of the way Ford picks orders to be built. Still unsure of how many allotments Chapman gets every month. Anyone know how many they get a month?

I believe you are thinking of @fordvideoguy ( Tim Bartz ) - I don't believe Tom has a youtube channel
you are correct, sorry. I was referring to Tim Bartz
however his numbers give an idea of the montly allocation vs total reservations. with 20/400 cars a month it will take a long time ... no matter the dealer

A different perspective and I am not judging nor am I making excuses for anyone. I am in a similar situation and the waiting absolutely sucks but I knew that going in to the purchase. The supply chain issues are real and very difficult to predict as I stated in a previous post unmade or undelivered vehicles do not make the dealer or Ford any money so it's not in their best interest to not make the sale. I ordered and Eco AWD XLT with all of the packages because that best suits my wants and needs. I figured the Hybrid would be a challenge given the current state of the supply chain and the government EPA approval only added to the delays. My Maverick is on its way and scheduled to be delivered on November 18th so a little more than three months from order date, honestly I was thinking Christmas when I ordered and it will be more like Thanksgiving. I was very realistic, I work in logistics so the current state of getting anything is something that I deal with daily plus knowing it was new model kept my expectations very realistic. Chapman has answered all of my questions granted not necessarily in great detail but I respect their time and what they do. Personally, I think they are doing a decent job and I know that a lot of questions do not have clear answers or it involves things way out of their control. I truly wish speedy delivery to everyone but that's probably not realistic. I keep in mind that Ford and the dealer make zero $$$$ on unbuilt vehicles or vehicles not sold and every day without a sale is lost revenue for them in fact Ford is taking a loss with a built but unsold unit.
Stay strong, try to be patient and hopefully we will get a vehicle that exceeds our expectations...but I do feel your pain.

Which Atlanta dealer is doing the CD?

Here’s where I became frustrated. He was coming on here regularly sharing what allotments he had for the given month. This was helpful at least to get an idea of the potential timing, understanding full well he has no control how Ford picks the build. As soon as the stock units started flowing in, his communication on here all but stopped and his email responses became vague. So, is it that the big allotments up front dwindled? Is everything still moving along ok? Beyond the cost savings, Chapman came on here with great communication and transparency and you got this feeling like they were in this with us together so to speak. That’s gone. He set the precedent, not us.

So the expectation is clear, just stay consistent with the communication you were providing early on. Nothing worse than being in the dark.

Not sure what this picture/post has to do with ANYTHING that I've said. If you notice the post you added is dated 8 June 2021. I think I've slept since then. His LAST post was 14 September. Today is 4 November. He may be logging in daily or whatever but he sure as hell hasn't been posting any responses to the emails or questions on this thread that HE STARTED. If he doesn't want to respond anymore, SHUT the damn thread down from any more responses. I'm done with this.

THANK YOU for this post. I was beginning to think it was just me. This is confirmation that I'm not the only one thinking and posting the way I have. I have called out @Dealerinsider in my posts (like I JUST did) and he may read them but he sure as hell doesn't respond. Okay, he doesn't want to publicly respond; he can PM me, send me an email, or call me to discuss my frustration with the lack of response to simple question. He chooses to be silent and laugh with his OVER 400 orders. And now he's overwhelmed? Should have thought about that before getting greedy and shut the thread down once you became swamped. But HE chose to continue to take orders and stay active on the thread. I'm 99.9999% ready to tell Chapman Ford Horsham, PA to cancel and tell Ford they lost a cash customer. I'm done.

I understand your frustration. As for me, I created my own situation of being and a rush and I own it. But like I said above, the change in information sharing spooked me. I celebrate his success and that he got so many units to sell for himself. That's great. But it doesn't mean we should have been left out in the cold, so tro speak.

I ordered an hybrid in july from both a local smaller dealer and soon after from Chapman and neither got me scheduled. and to be fair the local dealer too is kind of absent snd unresponsive.
The sad true is that a dealer with 400 orders may still get just 20 units a months (Tim) do the math...we have months to go. no matter the dealer
