If you’ve been keeping up with Lasfit lately, you’ve probably noticed our recent wave of upgraded products. Not only have we launched the T3 turn signal lights with enhanced decoding system, but we’ve also released the new and improved L2-T20 series, building on the L2-T20 series.

One customer installed two Lasfit products on his 2012 Honda CR-V: the L-T10R (400LM/bulb) on the upper tail lights and the L2-7443R (800LM/bulb) on the lower tail lights. Surprisingly, the upper lights appeared much brighter than the lower ones! So, why does the upgraded L2-T20 seem dimmer than the L-T10R?

The answer lies in Lasfit's energy-saving design. The L2-T20 series is designed to operate at a lower brightness when the engine is off to reduce power consumption. When you start the engine, the voltage increases, allowing the tail lights to shine brighter. So, it’s not that the upgraded light is dimmer—it’s just more energy-efficient. Once you're driving and the tail lights are on, they actually become brighter than the L-T10R!

And if you're after the brightest red brake/tail lights, the T3 series is the way to go. With a whopping 2000LM/bulb (Max), it offers a whole new level of brightness, ensuring safer driving.

In summary, the L2-T20 series isn't dimmer; it's designed to save energy and shine at full brightness when you need it most—while driving. If you’ve got any more questions about the L2-T20 series, feel free to drop a comment below!

🤓 OK LASFIT what can you tell me now? I have T3’s I installed earlier this year. At this time all 4 bulbs have died. Is there any replacement plans coming up, or do I need to find OEM’s?
If I remember right I’ve been a customer since Feb. of 2022,.

2 thoughts.whats wrong with the factory lights? Our maverick has the brightest lights of any vehicle I've owned. And Secondly it seems alot of people that change their lights are not satisfied with the results or have issues.not trying to be negative but seems that's what I notice on the forum.

I have your LED bulbs installed in my front blinker parking lights they look great. Now I need four of them for the rear brake lights/turn signals but they don't show their available anymore.

This is the response I received from LasFit on or about July 14, 2024.

Thanks Glen, hopefully they get the issue figured out and offer the rear brake/blinker LED bulbs again soon.

I've changed every halogen bulb in the Maverick to LED The only ones that aren't are the break lights/blinkers in the rear. I swap the halogens in the front markers on the lower bumper, the front parking lights/blinkers the rear third high mounted brake light and bed lights as well as the reverse lights. Anxiously awaiting some quality break / blinkers.

I hope soon too.
I also have the switchbacks and I love them.

I even posted a video showing how much switchbacks illuminate.
Take care

🤓 I think you don’t know as much as you think you do. The only thing brighter about the Maverick is it comes with LED headlights, the rest are just regular lights (halogen I think they are) like every other car or truck comes with. I have replaced all my outside lights with LASFIT LED’S to be seen better. I’ve only had trouble with the tail lights, like many others have and they have worked very well with me on trying to fix my problems. I hope they continue to do so. If I remember right the inside lights are also LED’S from the factory.

I think it's just because I'm an old fart and still own vehicles with old school bulbs for lights! 😆 our Maverick's lights seem so much brighter i see no reason to replace them.but thats just me. the brake light went out in a newer trailer I own, went to change the bulb for 2 bucks...no bulb, I have to change the whole assembly for 35 bucks.thats dumb in my book.

Hi, I received the L2-3157R red lights and installed them in both rear turn signals and tail lights on each side. Also received the T3-4257D and installed them in the front turn signal. Unfortunately hyperflash persisted and didn't go away. What can be wrong?
