When I gave car sales a try I don't know how many times I heard, "But I put a $4,000 XZY on it!" All for me to explain that it took away from the value of the vehicle because it limited our market as modified and would cost money (substantial) to put it back to OEM.

"I put $2,500 in wheels on it!!!" Yea, and they are ugly and now we have to put OEMs back on it.

I bought a 2024 awd ecoboost lariat 2 months ago. Basically same car as this one. If this was sitting on the dealer lot and it was offered at $4k below MSRP, I would pass on it. The all stock vehicle is much more desirable to me than this is.

If your question is serious, both the 2.0 EB and 2.5 hybrid engines are inline 4-cylinders.

I don't think a car with a V-4 engine has been made in 50 years, but there are still a few motorcycles that have them.
