Isn't standard hybrid components 8 year 100,000.
I think just the specific hybrid components. Don't think the ice related or emissions related items are covered under the hybrid parts coverage, but I could be wrong

REFUELING YOUR VEHICLE -
HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE (HEV)
WARNING: When refueling always
shut the engine off and never allow
sparks or open flames near the fuel tank
filler valve. Never smoke or use a cell
phone while refueling. Fuel vapor is
extremely hazardous under certain
conditions. Avoid inhaling excess fumes.
WARNING: The fuel system may
be under pressure. If you hear a hissing
sound near the fuel filler inlet, do not
refuel until the sound stops. Otherwise,
fuel may spray out, which could cause
serious personal injury.
WARNING: Do not pry open the
fuel tank filler valve. This could damage
the fuel system. Failure to follow this
instruction could result in fire, personal
injury or death.
WARNING: Do not remove the fuel
pump nozzle from its fully inserted
position when refueling.
WARNING: Stop refueling when
the fuel pump nozzle automatically
shuts off for the first time. Failure to
follow this will fill the expansion space
in the fuel tank and could lead to fuel
overflowing.
WARNING: Do not overfill the fuel
tank. The pressure in an overfilled tank
may cause leakage and lead to fuel spray

and fire.
WARNING: Wait at least five
seconds before removing the fuel pump
nozzle to allow any residual fuel to drain
into the fuel tank.

If it's the fuel lid system that's specific to the hybrid, it may be covered under the hybrid warranty. OP will have to check with a dealer though.

I had this exact same message the day I drove out the dealership. I returned and was told that this was because the salesman filled the Maverick up before we got there and over filled it. I was told to just drive it a while and the system will clear. I drove it that evening and again in the morning after about 60 miles the system cleared and message no longer showed up. Don’t over fill your hybrid gas tank stop when it clicks.

Are you topping off after the click at pumps?

Either way. EVAP related and could be a number of things. Without a scanner tool we are just tossing guesses around.

Get the exact codes and go from there or take it in.
