110v outlets not working in back center console and truck bed

I'm picking up my Maverick this morning. After a week at the shop, new outlet plugs, and a new inverter, the issue hasn't been resolved. I am going to try a different dealership and see if a fresh pair of eyes can solve the problem.

Were you able to get this resolved? I am having the same exact issue - no power to both the interior 110v outlet and the truck bed outlet. I checked the fuse and it's good. When I start the truck and look at the outlet, the indicator light comes on for about a second and then goes dark again. Dreading having to drop it off at the dealer to resolve this.

2022 Maverick Ecoboost XLT with 32k miles right now. My truck has been at the dealership for 2 days, going on 3 now while they try to figure out why there is no juice in either outlet. They swapped out the plugs with new ones but that didn't solve the issue and the dealership can't seem to figure it out. Anyone else had a similar issue and got it resolved?

Unfortunately, I never thought to test these outlets when I first bought the truck in 2022 so I honestly don't know if they ever worked, but my son recently tried to charge his tablet in the backseat and told me it wasn't working and I do want them to function before we head off on our camping trip next month.

My 2022 fully loaded lariat has been at the dealer for 10 days now for this exact problem along with recall software updates. Recall work finished on day 1. The outlets in the truck bed and cab are still in the diagnostic state. Now with the long weekend coming up, I don't expect a solution for a least another week. I guess Ford likes paying for rental cars.

Have you gotten any resolution? Was Ford able to help out with anything when you PMed them? Thanks

Had the recall work done last week and also waiting on an emissions part (heat regulator?) - went to use the bed outlet to blow up my bed while camping today and neither outlet is working. I love my truck my these issues are starting to wear on me. Will address this with my dealer on Tuesday.

Just found out mine don’t work either!!!! Wanted these in case of an emergency which happened today and no juice! So disappointed

Both outlets are working fine on this end. My Fluke meter reads 105VAC. Seems a bit low but given the low load rating of the outlets coupled with no one ever in the rear seat these outlets prolly will never get used very much if at all.

Mine is at the dealer now. They replaced the inverter, checked the connector under the bed, replaced the battery and now they're waiting on a return call from Ford Engineering to see if they have any ideas on how to get it working. At least I have a loaner to drive while they're trying to figure it out.

They just replaced my outlet in the cab. Still doesn't work. Little LED light comes on for a split second. No juice.

Dealer ended up swapping out all three inverters on mine, one at a time and finally found which one was bad. If one goes out they all go out.
