110V console and bed outlets not working. Fuses good, what to check next?

2022 hybrid lariat, 40k miles so just out of warranty. I bet they stopped working while still under warranty, but that ship has sailed now.

Anyway, there was no "event" that made them stop working. Last time I definitely remember using them was last summer, now they don't.

Fuses (#71 and 72) are good. No lights on either outlet face plate (yes with the ignition on ).

Any advice for next troubleshooting steps? I have heard talk about loose writing and inverters going bad, but no real detail on either.

Multiple people mentioned a wiring connector under the bed that was disconnected. Did you try that?

That's the detail I am seeking...where's that connector? "Under the bed" isn't very specific....

Well, you know where the wires are headed, and there's not that many connectors back there. But maybe there's more info here:

Mine was out on the back of the console and it ended up being one of the inverters. I think there's three of them. Ford fixed it by swapping in another known good inverter until they found the one that was bad.

I just had my power inverter replaced last week .Was not working . Only used once or twice . But with my job I could see i had a code for it .
Done under bumper to bumper

See if you can pull the codes with a scanner. If you can, I'll see what the troubleshooting steps are.
