Maverick factory wheels specs

I plan on using the stock Maverick XLT wheels for my winter tires. Because I’m an older guy, I like wheels with a little sparkle, black doesn’t do it for me. Here is what I have been able to put together for Bronco Sport 17” wheel specifications, if anyone has any info on whether the Maverick will be different, let us all know.

Wheel diameter 17”
Wheel width 7”
Bolt pattern 5 x 108 mm
Offset 37.5 mm

From what I've read on here that is all correct for the Maverick except the offset, which I believe is 38 mm

Plan on replacing my XL wheels on day one…. The biggest limiting factor I have found is the bolt pattern. It’s an unusual pattern for anything other then cars so finding wheels with an adequate load rating has been a challenge and will likely be that way moving forward unless the aftermarket better supports the Maverick.

Method race wheels have a few options. I’m currently thinking of the Method MR502 16x7 with a 30mm offset wrapped in either a 245/70r16 or 255/70r16. From what I have seen on the bronco sport forum, the 245 is likely the safe option at 29.6” diameter for no rubbing while the 255 at 30.1” diameter will likely be just on the edge of no rub at full lock. This of course is assuming the Maverick wheel well and suspension is identical to the Sport…

Sparco has some fun wheels. I'm seriously looking. I would love a set of Terras, but they only come in 5x100.

Make sure those 16” wheels clear the rotors, stock is 17” so you might have clearance issues.

All my info currently is from a Bronco Sport so still all assumptions…. That being said, the sport does support 16” wheels. Some on the forum site have gone with 16” Steelies.

I'd wait and see on 16" wheels. Especially if you are going with the 4K tow package, I know it doesn't state it but the brakes may be larger on the Maverick since it is designed to haul more than the Bronco Sport and has a higher payload.

If it helps at all, Roadkill Customs has a pretty detailed list of vehicles that come with 5 x 108 wheel studs. It might be cheaper and easier to pull wheels from a scrapyard.

the problem with 5x108 is finding the 17” With the right offset..Hoping the Escape Fusion Taurus wheels will fit

do you know the information for the xl stock rims and tires? I’d like to post mine for sale a week before she comes in and have new shoes ready first day. Thank You
