How long did it take for you to get a 2025 order confirmation email?

2025 order placed 8/1/24 by dealer, still no e-Mail. Yet. Where do I find this online chat? Easily found at Ford.com or somewhere else? Thanks!

Yep. Just go to ford.com and look near the bottom for the "contact us" area. If you don't see the chat option, it is usually your browser that is blocking it. Can either try a different browser, or ensure any blockers are turned off on your preferred browser.

I think the delay is with ford not the dealer. Customer communications about pre-orders leaves much to be desired.

Haven't seen anyone post an actual 2025 confirmation email. Wonder if those who said they had received one got something from their dealer, not Ford.

I just got my confirmation from the Dealer, but it was forwarded to me from my sales lady. She indicated no one was sure yet if Ford would be sending out emails to individuals or handling it through the dealer this year, seemed to be some conflicting information at the dealership.

Regardless, I ordered on Friday around noon and was confirmed today (Monday) about the same time, so I guess 72 hours over a weekend isn't too bad!

No email yet for me. I did call customer service and they have my order. I also asked them about the $750 cash offer they sent me in the mail that expires 9/30 and they said no problem , it still will be good. Rep was nice and gave me $100 gift card for Ford merchandise.

I went to Ford.com, to the bottom of the page, and clicked on Contact Us. There were phone numbers to call but no chat button to press. It says it opens at 8:30 EST, and it was 9:15 when I went to the site. Do they not chat on Tuesdays?

I called the number, and they said they'd need the Order # from the dealer to look it up.

I tried doing the chat again, but this time I held the <CTL> button down when I clicked on "Contact Us". It opened a new window and the chat button was there. Coincidence? Not sure, as I've only tried it once. So now I'm waiting to chat with someone.

My dealer sent me a "Preview Order Sheet". It said "Not yet in order bank" but did have the dealer id and sales #. Without that, I doubt you can get anything. Your dealer should be able to provide that to you however.

they can still look it up without the order number..just harder for them to do it
