Since the 25 Lariat, Tremor and Lobo come with SIBL as standard equipment and a lot of XL and XLT's will order that option has Ford streamlined that process?
Is it now done in house? Previous years it was a constraint at times.

Unlikely, they've outsourced spray in liner from day one.

Spray-in bedliner capacity hasn't really been an issue since 23MY. So much so that Ford had the whole incentive to switch to the SIBL and get the cargo rails included for no extra cost.
