How long did it take for you to get a 2025 order confirmation email?

I have noticed a trend already emerging for the 2025 orders. Seems like nobody has enthusiastically posted a screenshot of their order confirmation email, and a few folks have either asked "Has anyone gotten a confirmation email" or tangentially commented on someone else's post that they have not seen theirs come thru yet (although many of those folks may have JUST ordered before commenting).

In case it lets someone else sleep better at night, I can confirm that orders are going in even if a confirmation email is not sent. I chatted with Ford this morning.

Ford Chat confirmed that at least for me, my order is in there and all is well. No comment from them about the missing order confirmation email. I mentioned to them about how I was "seeing reports on the forums" that seemed to show a trend in missing emails, but they pretty much just said "Cool story bro!" So there ya go. I suspect no confirmation emails have gone out at all.

When I ordered in September 2022 it took a couple of days before I got my confirmation email. I do remember that others got their emails sooner than me.

I guess the timing varies.

Online. I find the online chat results in a lot better service than the phone, and it is all in writing (and you have the option to save a copy). This was a "life hack" for some of us "old timers" who ordered a 2022 back in the stone age of the Maverick era. Online chat was immensely more friendly and informative than calling them on the phone, especially if you are SUPER nice and start with something like "Hello xxx, hope you are having a good day". It always tells you the name of the person you are chatting with, so it is easy to make it personal.

Ordered in 21 and had a confirmation email in 11 minutes. Only thing that went right that year.

Does the confirmation email come from Ford or dealer? Dealer told me it was ordered but haven't seen an email from Ford.

They confirmed the order has been. Received (yay!) however had no real answer for the email. But at least I know the order was sent in now.

This forum is great, so much info. I used Ford chat now too, and they show it ordered!! At least now I know I'm waiting on something real not just aimlessly wondering.

I had to wait 5 days to get the email after having the confirmed order sheet from the dealership. I just checked with the dealer, and it has been almost 1 month since order and no additional emails from Ford. To be fair the first email indicated I would hear something within 45 days. My concern is the transition from '24 to '25 I don't want them to push me into the '25 model year.

ALARM! ALARM!

There is no roll-over from 24 to 25. There are no "Private Offers" for people who don't get their 24.

24 to 25 is not like what we saw in 22 to 23 or 23 to 24.

If your 24 does not get a production date, it will literally just wither on the vine and then be canceled. You need to put in a 25 order now if you feel your 24 might not be built. Your dealer should be willing to do this for you.

2025 order placed 8/1/24 by dealer, still no e-Mail. Yet. Where do I find this online chat? Easily found at Ford.com or somewhere else? Thanks!
