Looks like your vehicle is DI. See article below:I presently drive a 2014 Focus ST with the 2.0 EB turbo. Do you know if that has direct injection?
Thanks...

Priority codes of 10 to 19 are retail [customer] numbers; with 10 being the best. IMHO it's possible [but unlikely] that a 10 might move you ahead in only a very tiny percentage of cases. You have a slightly greater chance of benefiting from a lower number [10] with a large dealer [who sells a lot of Mavericks]. IMHO.Just realized my priority code is Retail 19. Ive seen other threads saying 10 is much better. How does a dealer decide this? Can I ask them to move me up?
I'm confused. Is the DI the one with the carbon build-up problem? I have over 56k miles on mine with no sign of a problem...Looks like your vehicle is DI. See article below:

A clear and concise description IMHO...10 through 19 is purely *internal* prioritizing at that particular dealership. If all the other orders at that dealership are 19, for example, then it doesn’t matter. If someone with completely identical order build and time has a 10 while you have a 19 and the dealership only has 1 allocation, theirs may get scheduled first. Anyway, thats the theory as I understand it.
I prefer to see mine built "early" so that the paint can cure in the desert, before it moves to the frozen north. So, if mine is in production right now, as I believe it is, that is just about perfect. With the delays on the Hybrid if you get a build date soon you honestly won’t receive the truck much later than anyone else.
I think the electric motor is also different from the one in the Escape; thus the "electric/ICE engine combination" is different too. AND the transmission. The two vehicles have different total weights; and aerodynamics. I read somewhere [a speculation???] that Ford thought the EPA would "buy" the Escape results without the whole battery of tests; but the EPA didn't. And I may be totally out in left field...No known HYBRIDS have been sold yet. But 2.0 sales mean the crash tests are OK, and since the engine's out of the Escape, that's gotta be OK too. So it's the tranny that's the holdup, being tested in combo with the engine.
I live 4 hours north of the Hermosillo Ford factory. I will take mine as soon as I can and the paint will cure in the same sun at my houseI prefer to see mine built "early" so that the paint can cure in the desert, before it moves to the frozen north. With sincere condolences to those who are still waiting for something, anything, from Ford.
