I had a buddy who owns a mechanic shop install my kit. They did a very clean install. I'm going to go with clear lenses soon.

Man, I am saving up for this kit. It looks like it should have been a factory option!

If you used the disconnect wire to turn off the fog lights when the high beams are on , where did you connect it? I can't find the proper high beam power wire on the Maverick. Lights look good though, love mine too!!

I didn't run it with the disconnect. Send Cameron at Diode Dynamics a email and he'll sent you straight. You'll connect the deactivation wire to just the high beam lead. It's still a simple fix if you choose to use it. I just don't remember which wire it was. I apologize. Cameron will get you squared away.

I apologize if this has been asked before. I tried to search thru all the DD fog light posts but haven't seen an answer. I would like to wire the DD kit without tapping into any factory wiring. I've installed fog light kits on my Hondas and simply wired to battery +, body ground and power to fog light switch using an unused acc fuse in fuse panel. Could I do that on my Mav? Thanks for any help.

The white wire from the relay box will turn on the fog lamps. Skip the taps. REMEMBER TO TURN OFF WHEN HIGH BEAMS ARE ON.
