Had Ford Mobile Service at my home to perform 10K service, was great!

Any idea what the radius of service is? I'd love to take advantage of this, but I'm about 35mi from the Ford Dealer in Bangor.

You would need to call the dealer and ask IF they have mobile service and HOW FAR out do they go? If they do and aren't too busy, they may even be willing to go outside their normal range!?!?

Good to know.... been wondering about doing it. Seems like a no brainer to have them come to you especially at work or something and don't have to figure out a ride etc

Needed 10,000 mile service, checked with dealer, they offered Mobile service. He arrived, did three recalls, tire rotation, and oil change. Great experience, and didn’t need to drive 50+ miles to dealership I purchased at.

10,000 Miles? Yes, the manual says 10k, but when talking to the service advisors here, they recommended 3-5000 for oil services. These small engines need love.

I called my local Ford dealer here to see if they do mobile service for the recalls and I'm now set for Monday at 8:30 am at my house to do two of the four recalls on my 2022 Maverick. The other two recalls will have to be done later at the dealership.

We used to live in Grand Junction (Whitewater) area for about 25 years. Western Slope Ford won't do mobile service? Pain in the ass driving over Vail and Eisenhower. We were just there a month ago visiting and then over the passes to Denver. The interstate had potholes the size and depth of basketballs. Traffic there is similar to the other big cities, as in packed, all day long, bumper to bumper. Horrible road maintenance. How about the Ford guy in Glenwood?

I'm in Gunnison and drove over Monarch Pass to Salida where I bought the truck for recalls today. I would have considered Montrose, but the Blue Mesa bridge is out. Anyway, they said both recalls were done (BCM and turn signal outage detection). Just got back home and checked Ford's recall page online. The BCM recall is no longer listed, but it is still showing the turn signal outage detection recall as INCOMPLETE. I sure hope the tech just overlooked entering it as done. I really don't want to have to reschedule for that and drive the 130 mile round trip again.

Did not realize you were in Gunnison. I had forgot about the bridge being out, a friend in Delta told me about that a couple weeks back. How much longer before you can get through there? Bummer.

Yeah, it has really put a hitch in my giddyup. I usually drive and motorcycle that way often in the summers. I hear they are hoping to open it up for limited one lane traffic as early as July 1st.

You are welcome, I had a pretty easy time period 1973-1993, not a lot going on back then. Kids from the 2000 to present much harder (and dangerous) job. Even today starting pay works out to $14 an hour. Goes up as you are promoted, so that is good. Benefits are still good though. Miss those German Browns on the Gunnison! Miss Crested Butte skiing also.

The john kennedy of feasterville pa.ford mobil service came to my house and did a recall on my 22 xl ecoboost maverick. It is a real convince and time saver that they provide.

Used Ford Points for the service. I believe they charge more for the Mobile Service over visiting the dealership. But the convenience is worth it. Hope you have a great experience.

Glad to see dealers embracing this. Because our trucks are so software reliant, this seems like a win-win for both dealer and customer. Nice that they are able to perform maintenance tasks as well. Good to hear all went well.

Getting ready to drive over the Continental Divide for a couple recalls. About 65 miles. Wish they'd drive here.

My dealer will only go 10 miles from the dealership. They draw people from the entire DFW area but will only go 10 miles??

I live 1.5 miles from my Ford dealer in MI. Great to see they have the mobile option though and will have to look into this when I'm in FL during the winter.
