Ford Pass states vehicle not Supported

I am the proud second owner of a 2022 XLT hybrid. Installed the Ford Pass app. Scanned my Vin and got Vehicle Not Supported. Did a full reset on both Ford Connect and Mavs computer. Still dame response. Were not all models supported? Couldn't find any other info on this. Thanks

Could it be it is still linked to the previous owner's account? I had to remove my MY22 from my app after adding my MY24. I could still see the MY22's location after selling to Carvana. I did not try but probably could have started it and remote lock/unlocked it too. Kind of concerning using the app. with consideration of that

Was it a fleet vehicle? The telematics module may be configured differently.

Thanks. Purchased from Carvana. Did recalls at local dealership and service tech said doing a reboot would clear previous owners preferences. Sure did. Door chime and ring tones all different now.
I have a key start so I don't know if I can remote start. But living in Florida turning on the AC would be nice

Maybe the previous owner removed the fuse #11 for the TCM module. Some owners do this.. This would disable ford pass app. You can use remote start via the ford pass app or you can install this to have remote start with your KEY using unlock -lock-unlock.

Very interesting. Will investigate. This is a strong possibility because a few innocuous mods were made. Just discovered a fumoto valve. So stranger things...

I just noticed doing a factory reset of the radio by going to general - reset - factory reset disconnects my Maverick from my ford pass app. This might be worth doing before attempting to reconnect to ford pass app.
