One thing i am scratching my head over. i have used my ford pass points with my dealerships to order some accessories. the order itself would have exhausted all the points since i was well over the $210... but the point total still shows the same on my account. and it has been months since placing the order and receiving the goods. maybe the dealership didn't process something correctly. idk... I mean, I am not complaining but at the same time cannot help but wonder why
Anyone else experience this? I even checked activity section, and it shows blank other than showing the rewarded points from my vehicle purchase.
