Anyone run Michelin Cross Climate tires?

Picked up a metal sliver yesterday, really deep slice in tire across the plies. Has anyone run Michelin Cross Climates ? I have had them before on SUV's and found them to be exceptional in rain/snow. Not very impressed with factory Continentals

I'm running Cross Climate 2s on both my Mustang GT and the Maverick,
with no desire to change. I happen to like the looks but aside from that
I find they are an excellent choice for my overall type of driving. At 82,
I'm still a little spirited but not trying to deposit rubber marking my territory.
I shouldn't think you'd be sorry for putting a set on your truck. Just MHO.

I've only driven on them in the summer on dry pavement, but from reviews and what others say they are the best all season tires if you live in a place that gets snow and don't want to run dedicated summers and winters.

in my experience they are a little louder than typical all seasons like the michelin defender or the stock maverick hybrid tires (forgot, i think the contitental ones) but its not by much, and they look amazing.

i'd personally run them if i didnt have dedicated winters.

They are great. I have driven over 7,000 miles since I put these tires on with awesome traction in all conditions and there is no discernible difference in fuel economy. You won’t regret it.

Running CC2s on our CR-V. 80k miles and still another year of tread left. I want to put CC2s on my Mav but they are really noisy as the tread wears, at least on Maine roads. Otherwise amazing tires in all conditions- snowstorms, doesn't hydroplane.

I've also been running CC2s. 10 months so far, through the summer heat and then a Canadian winter and I'm quite happy with them. They look amazing (IMO), are quiet and do the job well for me (all pavement driving).

I run Michelin defender 2 instead of the cross climates and I love them

From what I have read it seems the CC2s are one of the best all season tires you can get.

They are fantastic and one of a few choices for the maverick when I changed tires day 2 (CC, Defender, Wildpeak trail). Went with Wildpeak as might be a spec better on gravel fire roads.

Yea this is the choice if you don't need the light snow recommendation. Both solid options!

I think when my time is up, the CC's will be my choice.

Hello,
I went with a set of Hankook Dynapro AT2 size 235/65/17. Got a great deal at Discount Tire. So far really like them and have had alot of compliments. Not loud / no road noise at all. I am a Michelin Man but just couldn't spend that much on tires right now. Anyway good luck.
