New battery costs money. They will spend three times the cost of a battery trying to find something, ANYTHING, to avoid that.

There is no obvious obstruction. The windshield has been cleaned twice with no impact.Windshield dirt or other obstruction causes this. A quick spray and wipe of the wipers should be all that's needed.
Probably a bad camera then. There is no obvious obstruction. The windshield has been cleaned twice with no impact.
Consider yourself lucky. The majority of dealers are going to question an electrical issue when the owner has modified the electrical system! Hope the issues are resolved. If they pop up again, I think you'll have less ground to stand on the second time and it won't be free any more.I wanted to bump this chain back to the top to draw appropriate attention to one of the good guys, Lynn Layton Ford of Decatur, AL. I purchased one of my three Mavericks from the dealership. I paid MSRP without any additional dealer admin charges.. Yesterday, after initially seeking to charge me $500 for a service appointment they considered outside of warranty coverage, they listened to my argument refuting their finding and forgave the total amount. Throw in an immediate service appointment, free pickup, and a new loaner vehicle and I am an extremely satisfied customer.

I do. That is why I wanted to draw attention to the dealership. Their willingness to discuss the issue and eventually accept my position that the work was appropriately covered by the warranty was not what I have come to expect from car dealerships.
