It doesn’t have to be something I would buy or want to appreciate it. Lots of mods at car shows I wouldn’t do, but the owners built it for them, not me.

Some of you haven’t watched enough car building shows. They are far from the kind of art I’m known for, but they ARE art and i love looking at em’. If i lived in a big city…………

I love it! Oh wait, crap, it’s 2021, not 1992 when lowing like this was cool. 🤣😂🤣

sorry, I hated lowering back then too. What a waste of a truck. Why take a practical truck and making it completely impractical?

EDIT: So, I feel I should apologize for the dig at lowering. It’s not my thing, but it’s not a waste if that’s what you’re into. And I clearly have no clue about the lowering culture. Sorry. My neighbor dropped tons of cash into an early-40s Anglia w/o regret. Went to shows, enjoyed the community. Same thing here. Sorry for throwing shade.

We’re talking about a unibody Mav not a Raptor 😂. Lowering this “truck” won’t make it completely impractical. A bagged or a sensible static drop and most will be fine.

Why lower a Mav? Same reason some will raise it. Because they dig the looks or want to potentially increase the on-road performance etc. All types and degrees of both positive and negative (talking height here) suspension mods for little car-trucks like the Mav.

I don’t yuck another’s yum.

I might lower mine. It's definitely something that has crossed my mind (just a minimal lowering kit). One thing it will certainly get is a tune.
This is a car to me. A car with a big open trunk area. I have my 2018 F-250 Super Duty for "truck" stuff...
