How much mulch have you hauled?

Bulk mulch, how much have you hauled? Any issue fitting a yard in there either weight wise or volume wise? Would imagine weight would be fine unless soaking wet, but how about the volume?

9 mulches. I've hauled 9 mulches and could have hauled 9 more.

5 bags topsoil, 2 bags of fertilizer, one bag of seed and one bag of cactus soil. Not nearly full yet.

Not long after I got mine I had to move so I made quite a few loads I never could have done in my old car. I even got a small shed for my grilling stuff.

Handily, it's the same height about as those blue carts.

Annoyingly though it's about 1" too long to shut the tailgate entirely.
Oh wups I misread the title and thought it just said "how much", oh well, I do like the size of the bed either way

I've had about a yard and a half in the back of my Maverick. Based on the estimated weight of the mulch, that's about as much as I would want to try.

Mulch is an easy cubic yard in the Maverick. I also hauled almost a yard of topsoil, close to a yard of driveway base, and 1400 lbs. of patio stone. If you do overload, just take the ride easy going to your destination and don't leave the weight in the truck too long. Remove the Weight the same day. It can hurt the vehicle to keep the springs bent too long.

Ended up with 2 loads of 1.5 yards. Only problem was the griping by the loader driver of how am I supposed to load that thing with my 7' bucket. Will have to make about 6 more trips but hopefully each time I can avoid Mr Cranky.
