How do you get a recall done by mobile service? I would rather not go over to the dealership if there was some other way.

Me too. No recalls done and all is well so far! I’ve had my 22 for almost 19 months and 12k miles.
Same for me only difference is 22 months and 5k miles

Like some others, my MY22 has never had any recalls until few weeks ago got the turn signal one. I in no hurry to have it done, not really concerned about it. Truck been solid as a rock, zero issues, not even a squeak or rattle

Call your dealer and see if they offer the remote service where you live

Yeah so I took my Mav in for recalls and some warranty work on Dec 18th 23. Still waiting for my truck to get them finished. One of the recalls had some problems and they have now replaced the BCM, the inverter, and other pieces, and still no joy in when I might get my Mav back. Ford had a BETTER IDEA? And after contacting Ford about the issue I got two emails and now crickets.

Man I feel for you. That is an awful issue/situation. I hope they get it all resolved soon and have you going good as new. I trust they provided a loaner vehicle to you.

Completed all recalls on mine, including the ridiculous do-it-yourself one of replacing the sticker in the engine compartment.

In defence of my dealer, they have been very good at handling the issues I’ve had with getting warranty work done. But it’s been a mess.

2 days to get the airbag recall done after they forgot to plug the airbags in the first time. Still waiting on a replacement grab handle they broke. And they scheduled me for a trip to the body shop in March to fix the dents they put in the back door on that second day of doing the airbag recall.

It hasn’t been the most positive of experiences for me obviously and I fully understand those that are hesitant to drop their trucks off at the dealer.

At first they weren't going to give me a loaner but I went over the service writers head to the sales manager and reminded him I had purchased 4 new fords from that dealership over the past six years and he relented and gave me a loaner, a 24 Escape Lux. But I want my truck back! I just want it back fixed and RELIABLE! I am getting concerned that Ford has rolled out features they can't support properly. They keep tossing parts at it with no idea what is going to fix it.

May want to check with Ford.com there have been six recalls for the 22 Maverick EB and a few more for the Hybrid.

After nearly three months I have my Mav back with all the recalls done. But of course, the main problem of the axle and CV joints was not completed correctly, so it goes back in for a day this Friday.
