Call your dealer and see if they offer the remote service where you liveHow do you get a recall done by mobile service? I would rather not go over to the dealership if there was some other way.
Yeah so I took my Mav in for recalls and some warranty work on Dec 18th 23. Still waiting for my truck to get them finished. One of the recalls had some problems and they have now replaced the BCM, the inverter, and other pieces, and still no joy in when I might get my Mav back. Ford had a BETTER IDEA? And after contacting Ford about the issue I got two emails and now crickets.Like some others, my MY22 has never had any recalls until few weeks ago got the turn signal one. I in no hurry to have it done, not really concerned about it. Truck been solid as a rock, zero issues, not even a squeak or rattle
Man I feel for you. That is an awful issue/situation. I hope they get it all resolved soon and have you going good as new. I trust they provided a loaner vehicle to you.Yeah so I took my Mav in for recalls and some warranty work on Dec 18th 23. Still waiting for my truck to get them finished. At first they weren't going to give me a loaner but I went over the service writers head to the sales manager and reminded him I had purchased 4 new fords from that dealership over the past six years and he relented and gave me a loaner, a 24 Escape Lux. But I want my truck back! I just want it back fixed and RELIABLE! I am getting concerned that Ford has rolled out features they can't support properly. They keep tossing parts at it with no idea what is going to fix it.Man I feel for you. That is an awful issue/situation. I hope they get it all resolved soon and have you going good as new. After nearly three months I have my Mav back with all the recalls done. But of course, the main problem of the axle and CV joints was not completed correctly, so it goes back in for a day this Friday. At first they weren't going to give me a loaner but I went over the service writers head to the sales manager and reminded him I had purchased 4 new fords from that dealership over the past six years and he relented and gave me a loaner, a 24 Escape Lux.
