I have received more than 5 recall letters from Ford. However, my nearest Ford dealer can't do anything. I was put on a waitlist. But I don't know when will be my turn.
Have you done any recall? Should I change to some other Ford dealer for the recall? Thanks.

My 22 has had one, turn signal. They did it at the same time it was in for maintenance. No appointment was needed.

I've had two on my '23: Trailer wiring harness fix, and turn signal warning issue. My Ford dealer actually came to my house to fix the turn signal issue. All good.

I had only one on my Lariat EB for turn signal reprogram. Ford Mobile Service came to my house and completed recall in about 20 minutes. The only reason the dealer can’t perform the recall is if they don’t have access to the parts involved. At least they should order them for you while on wait list.

My Eco has the turn signal warning.
I check (have done so on every vehicle that i have owned) on a weekly basis.

So, no plans on having it looked at, unless I need to service something else..

Had two done at Roling Ford in Shell Rock IA. Had a wonderful Swiss Miss hot chocolate in the waiting area. When I got int to leave, I checked EVERYTHING. Left rear tire pressure didn't show. I went back inside, they told me it would probably come back in a few miles. I told them, I live 40 miles away and didn't want to go home and have it still not showing. They sent out a tech who went around to all four wheels, bent over with something in his hand, and all was well. Could have been a cupcake. I don't know, but it reset the TPMS's. No, they didn't rotate the tires, so the software update must have affected them.
All is well.

I got a letter so I scheduled an appointment- got oil change (6k miles), recall, and looked at a rattle underneath (strut).

I keep reading people here say that their dealership contacted them, came to their house, and performed the turn signal recall in their driveway.

So far, the dealership has sent me an email wishing me a happy birthday, and corporate sent me a letter offering me a high interest rate credit card. Otherwise, crickets.

Sounds like you're talking to the wrong dealership. I've had all six done, still waiting on the most recent fire recall update. The dealer even came out to my house to do two of them. No issues whatsoever.

Whatever comes in the mail I do. My dealer has very good tech and I have not had any issues. They do very good work!

One recall for our 23 ecoboost for the turn signal software update. I have a 14 year old ram that has had one recall it's entire life.all these Ford recalls are disappointing.
