Dang dang dang. I thought this was my month and maybe it still is. I can’t wrap my head around these constraints.
Ford Cranking out 10,000 plus a month with 22,000ish in USOB dosent seem to add up.
Heavy on Xt’s this month?
It was 60k when they started building 2024s and the order banks are still open.

Welp probably not this week but I’m being optimistic that I’ll still be somewhere in the March pipeline!

My prediction for next week’s scheduling will actually be for stock orders and XL hybrid along with the 225/65R17 A/S BSW tires will magically be less constrained. 🤦🏻‍♂️

So is the last month for scheduling 24s builds in May? If not by then, are we SOL until builds of 25s?

@TOMCATFIGHTER 2024 scheduling will likely continue through August or September with planned MY25 production starting Nov 2024. Still plenty of time to get scheduled.

When does the list of what is in the order banks come out? I thought last one was getting pretty low.

Based on the last scheduling period, this is what the current order banks look like (I literally just took the order banks before and after last time and divided by two to get the average monthly capacity):

UPDATE - With today's info:
Ford Maverick 2024 Maverick Early Commit / No Stock Scheduling This Week (1/18/24) for Production Weeks 3/4 - 3/25 1705505542100

However, given that XLs are completely unschedulable and hybrids are limited, Ford has the capacity to clean out the non-constrained EB orders in March. Given the base XLT is also unschedulable, this might be another Lariat month....

Interesting projections on the XL @21 months. Didn't someone say no rollovers '24>'25?
Which would mean close to 10K XL orders get abandoned.
Looks like the old analogy stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Ford could surprise us and have an XL month in the summer. Ford hasn't yet closed the XL books so they think this number is doable.

My projections are based on recent history. It is an educated guess based on evidence but I have ZERO inside knowledge. I'm an outside observer like everyone else.

If I get scheduled tomorrow, when can I expect to hear from Ford? I ordered a 2024 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid in July 2023. All I’ve heard so far are the every 45 day emails talking about supply chain constraints.

I have the splash guards on my EB XLT order. Should I ask the dealer to pull them off to avoid any delays? Or is something simple like that likely to get replenished soon?

Emails have traditionally started going out around 8am-ish Eastern? They're usually all sent in one big wave. If people start posting in the thread that gets created tomorrow then check your inbox.

Constrained means they don't have enough to fulfill all the orders but they do have some, so if you're feeling lucky then keep them on but personally I would take them off and then just buy them aftermarket or with your ford points later.

They're not a difficult install but they do need to be installed by hand at the body shop after assembly which is why they're constrained. It's the labor, not the parts that are the issue.
