I will add that I do not get all of the expected modules when I connect so I am working on that issue.Leaning towards it being an issue with my bluetooth based adapter. But I was able to modify a few things that I could access.Thank you for the feedback!
Hybrid or ecoboost? I used this for ecoboost per developers of forscan and I got in. Use NZ6A-12A650-HCmp24,
Try my link one post above this one and let me know if it works. I have a 2024 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid and it worked for me.
Hey Automate,
Long time no talk. Yes. I traded in my 2022 Ford Maverick Lariat for a 2024 Ford Maverick Lariat.
Yes. I emailed Forscan with my VIN number and they sent me a test build. I will copy and paste the email here below. I enabled TSR and everything is working fine.
Hello,
We have added this car to FORScan database, please try again using this test build:
https://forscan.org/download/FORScanSetup2.3.58.test20231211.exe

Sorry for not updating everyone! I was in contact with a developer, he gave me a PCM strategy for a Mach E and I was able to get in. For those with an older update of forscan, try NZ6A-12A650-HC. I did that and got everything I wanted working. Can confirm using the test build and code above, it is working on a 2024 Maverick XLT EcoBoost

You can't just swap without having it updated with your VIN etc. Also not sure why you would want to just to get Forscan working, since the developers at Forscan are Russian it's probably just a language thing and they will eventually get to the 2024 applictionsNot sure if anyone has asked this but can't we just swap out the PCM/ECM for a 2022 or 2023?

Updating: When I got back to this today, I was able to revert back to factory settings after clearing the profile in forscan and setting up again fresh. I might have confused the system trying things that couldn't be done (like global windows for the lariat model), or been too fast on turning off and on/flipping screens. I understand sometimes forscan likes you to wait a few seconds between things.I tried it for the first time this weekend on my 2024 XLT FX4 4K using forscan version 2.3.58 and an OBDLink EX. I was able to connect, and it identified my vehicle details correctly to make the profile, and was able to make a few changes while testing things out.
I was successful in adding ECO and Sport modes as a test, but some other changes produced errors. Some of what I tested may not be available for this model, so that wasn't concerning in itself. I did try to change those drive modes back to stock though, and that did not work, throws errors during the write process, and cancels the change. I tried a few times, and disconnected everything/relaunched the app, no luck. I'll continue to play with it and post if I find a solution, but as of now the functionality seems to be hit or miss from the "easy mode" approaches, at least for my specific build configuration.
do you mean to physically swap modules from one vehicle to another? Yes, but it would need to be flashed with the correct vin to have proper software. Strategy number to gain access using forscan? Yes that should work just fine. Not sure if anyone has asked this but can't we just swap out the PCM/ECM for a 2022 or 2023?
