The dealer in KY has been the only dealer that will only charge me MSRP, and not MSRP + several thousand dollars. So, because I didnt want to pay thousands more, we buy from him. Around my area, it has been difficult to find a dealer that will not overcharge.
I will say it all depends on your market area and your willingness to travel. You can probably score a pretty good price if you are willing to fly somewhere where the market is not depleted and pick one up.
I live in a market where there are 0 mavericks available on lot under msrp, if they can sell them for more why would they sell them for less?
I could travel 8 hours and get one which I hopefully like when i get there and see it then drive it home and paying state taxes again out of state registration fees and so on and so forth.
you have to do what is in your best interest, I ended up paying over msrp, but under what ordering a 2024 was going to cost so i felt satisfied.
