Did you all place order on MSRP price?
Any good dealer recommendation in Houston area?

Go with Granger Ford in Iowa. Consistently under MSRP and a great trouble free experience with no pushy dealer add-ons. Usually 3% below invoice, but Maverick currently $1000 under list.

I’m in Texas and had no trouble with online ordering and bringing it down for local registration. It‘s quite nice having a long initial drive to get acquainted with your new vehicle.

I don’t think I’ll ever buy a vehicle in DFW or Houston again. Bad dealer behavior is rampant here and most of them have completely lost my trust over some of the COVID era shenanigans.

Paid MSRP. Ordered Sep of 23.

Order sheet as MSRP, and both I and the dealer knew they'd be running D-Plan pricing when it arrived, plus the 22 to 23 rollover private offer. - About as cheap as you could have bought a '23 Lariat Hybrid w/Lux/CP360+Assist/SIBL/Remote-Start. (Only major item left off was the Sunroof, which I rarely used in my Outback).

Sadly the financing rates didn't carryover and did increased. (I'll address that by paying extra each month to lessen the interest).

I heard it too , how much is the shipping? I concerned the shipping is more expensive than the incentive...., The distance for me is around 1000miles.

IIRC, Granger doesn't do courtesy shipping. I plan on flying out and making a weekend out of the trip back home.

I thought drive back before, but found it's too far for Texas, 1000 miles..... have to gave up.

I am in Wyoming. Dealers here wanted MSRP to MSRP+ $1500. Ordered with Granger out of Iowa online. 762 miles away from where I live. We have always enjoyed buying things elsewhere and making an adventure out of the trip.

I bought from Granger too. If or when I buy again it will be from Granger.

It was at sticker which was fine with me after the stories I've heard. Until there are trucks sitting on the lot, I don't think you'll find a lot of dealers selling under MSRP.

#1 Chapman/Horsham: invoice - 4%; 0% financing (great deal)
#2 Chapman/Horsham: invoice - 1% (ok deal)

2000 S-10 -$3500 rebate and -$3000 GM card rebate ($9k delivered) was my lifetime steal.


Cross shopped many local dealers; invoice pricing wasn't hard to get. Just needed to sit for a while. Letting them know I had the -1% in hand opened up invoice only offers.
