Maverick as an RV towed

One of the many reasons for me to order a new Maverick Hybrid is that it is 4-down towable. Are there any other RVers on ths forum that can share any pros and cons?

I've been towing mine for 2 years, mine was first, roadmaster used mine as template for towing behind rv. Works great very quick and easy.

Been dolly towing my '22 Lariat 2.0 EB for over 15k, no issues. Ensure the parking brake is released or will cost two new tires.

We just did our first tow of 1500 miles, TN to Fl and back with the Demco base plate and blue oz bars, riv brake system and no problems, and the Demco does not have to cut anything.

Demco is the only baseplate without issues, as I'm sure you'll find on a search. Had a nice 2622 milt trip towing mine in September.

Which Blue Ox towbar are you using?
I would love to see a picture of the maverick hooked to the RV where you can see the towbar well.

The Ascent was one that Blue Ox recommended to me after my base plate failure. They...hesitated at that but said it had 2" longer arms on the towbar. Which honestly doesn't change the angle of the bars much. But it would be in the right direction! So, a picture would really be good when you can provide one ( especially looking down onto the tow setup where the angle can be seen).
