The blue accents aren’t my cup of tea but overall that is a bad @ss looking Maverick! Well done! Right height, tire, blacked out everything. Looks good

Still fine tuning. Not sure if this makes sense, It really shines at speeds. For example, on my local back roads, I approached a railroad crossing, it is built up. Something Dukes of Hazard would jump. LOL. I approached at 55 and the suspension swallowed it like nothing. You could tell the extra travel. Went over nice and smooth. Very surprised the way it handle it. I liked it so much, I would go that route in the morning and at night. LOL. OEM would have not handled it as easy. One downfall I consider, is at lower speeds, it does give a tad of bouncy ride. I drove a Bronco Sport the other day. My suspension felt just about the same, just a tad bouncier.Definitely interested in hearing back on how you like the suspension as you get it dialed in. It isn't so much the additional height (although welcomed) that I like but the additional travel in the suspension itself.
Thank you. I wanted to try and blend the Blue interior with the exterior colors. The blue accents aren’t my cup of tea but overall that is a bad @ss looking Maverick! Well done! Right height, tire, blacked out everything. Looks good
My hero! well done sir!Born as a 2023 XLT Lux. Tremor Apearance Plus pkg. I “think” I’m done with my changes..
Items changes/added:
Interior-
-Katzkins covers. I chose Blue with the Ash center and stitching. Then had a local upholstery shop add “Tremor” to the head rest. The Blue and Ash seems to match the interior color well. Local Katzkins dealer installed.
- Matte Black radio and center console trim. Purchased off EBay.
Mechanical-
-AFE side dump exhaust. For sure noticeable at start. Driving barely noticed.
-AFE CAI. Fits nice.
-Flatout GR Plus suspension. Quality and customer response 10/10. I added close to an inch over the Tremor OEM height. Still dialing in the rebound settings and even spring preload. Remember the shocks give 2 inches more travel than OEM.
-Mickey Thompson Baja 245/65/17. Zero rub. To me, this tire size fits perfect for my build.
-Enkei Overland wheels. 17x7.5 +35. OEM bore hub, no hub adapters.
Exterior-
-Painted front tow hooks and center grill bar Blue. Painted center grill bar surrounding Body color Black. Had to pull front bumper/grill.
-Ford accessories hood scoop. Had it painted body color. Also made 5 Hp on dyno.
-Ford accessories tailgate appliqué. Body color painted.
-Ford accessories hard roll up tonneau cover.
-Ford accessories bed mat and tailgate protector, tailgate dampener.
-All the Blue graphics, hood, “Tremor”, tailgate letters done by local graphics company.
-Roof wrapped in Satin/matte Black
-Mirror caps painted body color.
-Laminex Lower front running lights and front/rear Ford ovals.
-Fender badge, Off EBay. Waiting for Air Designs fender badge.
- Font windows tinted to match rear.
-Shorty radio antenna.
-Brake calipers painter Blue. Used POR-15.
-Filler panel around the hitch. Much cleaner look. Purchased from a member on the page.![]()

Correct. Flatout suspension GR PLUS. This is what I just answered to another members question. Can't see the entire name of the front adjustable strut. Flat out GR Plus? How's the ride?
The little Blue puck/spacer In the rear is a sun-frame drop. Helps drop cv angles if the owners choose to Jack it to the sky. What’s that blue puck on the left of the shock and spring set up? Is that a body lift puck? I know it’s possible in jeeps.
But overall it’s a clean ass build and I love the suspension upgrade!
