Yes, but they better hope that HE isn't looking over their shoulder when they turn that knob.No reason to be tranny shy...it does still work in every mode. Existentialists love every mode.

My all-time favorite Lucas joke:AHHH, Lucas, Lord of Darkness.
Throw it all you want while warranty is active!I have had my Hybrid for just over a year, and am still gun shy about trying out the different modes. This comes from all my years in British sports cars. I finally got Lucas electric overdrive put into my last TR3B, and I CRINGED every time I flicked that OD switch, whether on or off. Woody Hayes was afraid to throw a pass ("three things can happen, and two of them are bad"). Well, I am the same with "switches." Lastly, does GOD want me to throw that switch?
I saw that game; and he did!Woody Hayes would tackle the opponent his team missed from the side line !
Yes he did GETTERDONEI saw that game; and he did!
I remember the hot 60's of the motorcycle world. Triumphs were "big bikes", but you really didn't want to be too far from home when the sun went down.My all-time favorite Lucas joke:
Three settings on Lucas headlight switch: DIM, FLICKER, OFF
We better be careful: this is a FORD MAVERICK forum.
That's a Ford thing since the 70s. They always feed in some gas when coasting, to minimize pollution caused by the poor mixture when using engine deceleration. I don't know why the Rav4 does not do the same, since it will be polluting a lot while slowing down. Maybe they just depend on an oversized cat converter to hide the problem. The Volkswagens cut off the fuel supply totally, so you get better pollutions, but the high vacuum blow-by will carbon things up.My New today Mav. Hybrid almost feels like the cruise control is on. When on flat hiway @ 40 mph just seems to coast forever. My 2018 Rav4 Hybrid never acted like this. It is quite different from the Toyota Hybrid System have nothing else to compare it to, but on the brakes more then i like to be maybe use L not sure ?
