A new truck AND a new garage in the works. Nice.

Do you not have much for snow loads on your buildings? I ask because of your truss arrangement. Maybe a steel roof and the snow slides off before it builds up?

Or maybe that design can hold weight? It's a different design than most I've seen.

Very nice!

Everything in this picture that is blue or Hot Pepper Red we got for $38,600! The current plan is to double this roof off of the high beam going down to the right. After we build our 10x16 bedroom off the side of our 12x16 cabin. For now our hang out/workshop area is 1,220 sqft of conduit framed tarp awnings I welded together. Slowly making our way from shanty town to something more like what you have.

Great observation and question.

Yes, a metal roof, snow does slide easily. Stamped/Sealed drawings, we are on 2021 IBC. The roof snow load is 25, wind is a concern, and is exposure C 90/40.

Hey man, what you have works! That's what counts. And all of that for a right tidy price, I admire that.

Obviously it's not up here in the North. Mine has trusses every couple feet because of snow load. Pic from when it was being built:

Nice! Looks great, love it. Eve height and peak height factor in for truss spacing, as far as wind load. Mine is relatively short, just one . 8x16 overhead door.
