Real footage of all of us trying to get in our mavericks after eating Thanksgiving dinner. Perhaps if the maverick was twenty or thirty feet longer, this wouldn't be an issue. Shame on Ford for not thinking this through.

Jeremy made my day! Time to cross the Aston Martin off my bucket list, just hope to get my Mav someday. I wish he'd shared a little Turkey day " toot" while he was struggling to get in!

I actually lost weight on thanksgiving, it's that phenomenon of no feasting at our house, we usually eat leftovers and Thursday was no exception.

But left overs from when? Do you always make tomorrow's food today? I'm a lil lost here.

I cook ahead, smoked 4 pork tenderloins, 5# of chicken thighs freeze what we can't eat right away, our friends call it Leftovers, the cheap turkeys are in the freezer and may smoke them in the spring, in the mean time, though, y'all can salivate on this.

So, this is a General Maverick Topic?

Good Lord, can we even attempt to keep stuff in its place on this site?

Did I stumble into a Facebook Group here?
Make a entire section of this website devoted to maverick humor and I'd gladly post this there instead. The closest we have is the maverick meme thread, but that's just become entirely jokes about order dates and inside jokes referring to members who I'm not aware of. Eagerly waiting for your contributions.

Nothing to do with not having a sense of humor or not having a sense of humor... Jeremy struggling to get into the car was funny.

However, there has been ALLOT of crap in the Maverick General Furom lately that has nothing to do with Maverick's... The OPs post had nothing to do with a Ford Maverick Truck... Absolutely zero... It's just more unrelated filler.

If y'all want a free for all, nothing categorized, no expectation of finding things where they should be, then by all means have it...

Just requesting that foks put stuff that's not related to Maverick someplace else.... It is getting hard enough to find information as it is.... My objection to Maverick General Forum Topic being a catch all for anything and everything people want to contribute is that it just makes the site less useable. That's all.

Anyway, I really don't expect to change anyone's mind on the subject... The references to ages means that folks missed the whole intention anyway... :cautious:
You need to stop using "What's New" when you browse the site so you can stop complaining ignorantly about things. This specific post is in a (Non-Maverick) section. Or you can do like an adult and just not click on topics that you don't want to participate in. Good Lord.

No, this is "General Automotive Talk (non-Maverick)".

Umm, it used to reside in the Genral Maverick Topics when it was created more than a week ago... The OP even owns it. Hence, my original comment. This Thread has now been moved out of the General Maverick Topics to a new more suitable place. Absolutely awesome! :) This Forum just keeps better; improving the organization and reducing the clutter! :giggle:

But hey thanks for all of the pleasant thoughts from each of you.... The labeling, the assumptions about my personality and intelligence, assumptions about my reading/browsing habits. Just really lovely stuff.:ROFLMAO:😂
