Well, the Amazon takes 5 days to to process an order for their 2 days shipping now... so it's expected.

Waiting patiently.
Here’s what they look like on my Maverick. The jacket I had done is added just for fun.

I was hit with a bit of inspiration and decided to take my jacket to a local business that does monograms. The design is from a ball cap I’ve had for awhile. The thread color is close to my Cyber Orange Mav and looks good on the denim. It cost $64 but produced a one of a kind jacket. The other day, in Walmart a lady came up to let me know she loves her Maverick!

Going to install my Mabetts soon . I am concerned the hard plastic edge on the flair will wear off the paint where it meets the fender (it will ,hard plastic against paint). Their 2 sided tape does not stick out as far as the plastic lip. sooo I got some tape adhesion primer and some 3M 1/2 in tape to put on the lip and over some of Mabetts 2 sided tape (doubled up) . They will then have a little cushion . Anyone come up with something better?

Why would you try to take them off??? I thought about adding more tape, but it would protrude too far out and fill with all kinds of crap. Mine fit plenty tight enough as installed, and mine will never come off, so it’s a moot point 😉

I'm in Idaho where they salt the roads .So where the edge rubs it will take off the paint like so many mud flap stories/posts, right to the metal. Rust will be an issue . No ,I wont take them off, but rust creeps everywhere.

Installed mine on Saturday with mud flaps. Also installed bug deflector, grill bar lights.
Back 2 flairs went on perfectly. Front 2 flairs, tabs did not line up had to drill new holes and sticky tape would not hold. Had to use silicone.

I sanded down the top edge of the flairs to avoid any sharp contact with the paint. I got the factory dye seam sanded smooth. My tape would not hold in 2 spots so I used clear silicone and now they stick great. My tabs did not line up correctly on the front 2 fenders. Had to drill new holes on 2 of the 5 tabs on each front fender. I hope you have better luck than I did. 🤟

I agree but a little more well placed tape wouldn’t hurt. Now that they’re on, I have no intention of taking them off either.

Installed mine. For $100, they are great. Only issue is the rear ones leave a gap and the paint shows under them. The front ones fit better, covered up the paint completely. I added some Xpel paint protection strips where they touch the paint. The sticky tape that came with them did a great job, no gaps where they attach. They went on easy, took me about an hour, because I added the extra PPF. Would have taken like 30 minutes otherwise. Overall 4.5/5.

They look great. Good idea on the PPF. Where exactly did you apply it to protect the paint?
