On CV joints failing.. where do they fail ,inboard or outer ? Is it problem leaking grease or they were assembled dry at the factory .? Is it a boot or clamps failure, or soft ,incorrect heat treated metal failure ? Maybe we can fix these before they go bad . It would sure be cheaper

Windshields are too thin ,only about an 1/8 inch thick ,ya really . Go look ! two super thin pieces of glass and clear plastic in between .I'm surprised bugs dont crack it . Ford should recall these and put in thicker windshields . Seems more and more Mav owners having this problem & just going...

Mavericks windshields are thin ,go look at the edge on the Mav....I have done body work for 40 years ...they are the thinnest windshields I have seen .Looks like 1/8 inch total ,now when you figure a layer of clear plastic between the two sheets of glass ,I think bugs will cause chips ..ha

I'm in Idaho where they salt the roads .So where the edge rubs it will take off the paint like so many mud flap stories/posts, right to the metal. Rust will be an issue . No ,I wont take them off, but rust creeps everywhere.
