No response from Ford 2023 to 2024 Maverick order

My dealer told me Ford would email me when they received my 23 to 24 Maverick order rollover. Been five weeks but no contact from Ford. Anyone else had this problem. Original order was August of 22 at my dealer. Plucked down $500.00 and two days later Ford notified me they had received my order. Not this time.

You dealer has to enter your email address in a specific place in WBDO in order for you to get notifications from Ford.

You dealer may have forgotten.... or maybe there's a typo there?

You can try contacting Ford support and giving them your MY23 order number and sales code. If the rollover was done properly there should be a MY24 order under your name with the same order number and sales code.

FYI My dealer apparently didn't put in my email either but I confirmed the order with Ford.

I received all normal emails updates on my 2022 order that got rolled out to a 2023. I never received any 2023 Ford email updates even tho I confirmed my email address was correctly entered on my 2023 order with Ford CSRs.

So I just ended up calling 800-334-4375 about every two weeks. CSRs could see I called often and ened up transferring me over to a marketing group where they sent me a $100 gift certificate for all the aggravation.
