2023 to 2024 Order Questions

Hey everybody, so with the flood of information I’m seeing about the 2024 orders for those with the 2023, I’m getting some mixed messages from my dealer and I don’t know what to do. I had a 23 XLT Hybrid in alto blue on order, and when I spoke with my dealer, he said that nothing is changing on my order and it’s already been converted. He also said that the order process for 23 to 24 is just a conversion of the previous order, but I’ve heard from Tim at Long MacArthur that it’s a new order but the dealer changes the order code to the same as the previous order. I’ve waited for nearly a year now on my maverick order, and I really don’t want my dealer to be the reason I miss out on a 24 order. Does anyone have any advice?

I would look for a new dealer, but I also want the benefit of the lowered priority code for reordering through my previous dealer. I don’t know what to do. Thanks in advance!

My sales guy is telling me he thinks I don't need to come in, but he isn't sure so checking. Utter confusion. If they weren't offering price protection, I'd just wait a little longer for a Toyota Stout.

Same here! Between the price protection and the priority code, I was thinking I would actually get my shot this year, but my dealer is offering me very little confidence.

I’m thinking black or atlas blue, but my dealer even said that Alto Blue was still available for my order. That’s part of why I’ve lost my confidence!

Yeah, I would be concerned too then. The guide has been available to dealers for days stating that Alto Blue is gone and the 2024 build and price is even live now showing that as well. For what it's worth I went with Atlas Blue and it looks really sharp. Good luck!

Go in and give them the exact order you want. Ihe does t right thenbthe order can be put in with your same name, same order number. It can then be modified after it is accepted. A new COVP is required.
