Anyone know the invoice on 24? I believe that my 24 xlt hybnd is less than 23 due to private offer and dealer offering 3% below invoice deal.

@fordvideoguy can you put these rumors to bed? Can we apply private offer to whatever 2024 configuration we want? In other words if I had a 2023 XLT hybrid ordered, can I order a 2024 XL or Lariat hybrid and use my $3400 private offer?
Yes, the private offer amount is based on the 23 order. This is done exactly like 22 to 23 Transition Private Offer.

If I had an XLT hybrid ordered in 2023 I’d get the $3400. Can I apply this $3400 to an XL hybrid order for 2024? My dealer seems to be under the impression that I can’t change trims/body code from 2023 to 2024 and still use the private offer. I’ve heard otherwise and am having trouble correcting them because the sales manager “has been doing this for 30 years I know what I’m doing”

advice? Any hard data to show them?
Yes you can, there is more to the bulletin then what is seen here.

Where does it say those orders are being prioritized? You are setting yourself up for failure if that's what you are inferring. Ford has demonstrated multiple times now that these private offers in no way construe qualifying orders will be prioritized. I thought that would be obvious at this point.
Ford mentioned in previous memos that unscheduled 23MY orders would get prioritized. I have been told by the Maverick Brand Team that once they match up the 24MY COVP approved order with the 23MY order with same Order Number (which is why they made a reference to this importance) they will give the order a priority 02.

problem would be actually getting an XL, it looks like Ford tries to restrict production of them, but who knows, in that that lumped on an add'l 1500$ for the hybrid engine maybe the new higher price on an XL w/ the hybrid option has decreased number of XL orders. Crap shoot - who knows.

So basically, you had a 2023 XLT Hybrid order(unscheduled) and you placed a 2024 order for a Lariat Hybrid. It makes total sense to switch to XL Hybrid for 2024 order since there is a $3400 private offer.

2024 XL Hybrid(base) = $24,900 + $1,595(Destination charges) - $3400 = $23095 + tax and fees.

It also makes sense to go for the Lariat if your XLT was spec'd with 360/Lux/remote start/spray bedliner/rear sliding window. Looks to be about $2k cheaper to make the jump to the 24 lariat vs a similarly spec'd 23 Lariat when you account for price changes and the offer.

Hey Tim, do you have something in writing from Ford that KenEmAll can show their dealer so that the dealer will believe them?

Yup. Only thing im worried about is the chances of getting an xl even with priority.
