Side view mirrors! Any aftermarket replacements for 2023 Hybrid?

Good Evening,

I purchased a 23 Hybrid XLT last week. The Maverick came with the dual mirror side view mirrors, which I find to be lacking!

The mirrors are set so that one can not see close along side the vehicle to see parking lane lines in parking lots, or curbs to parallel park. The tiny corner lens in the top outside corner of each mirror is POINTLESS.

Has anyone came across a worth while replacement mirror?

(Back up camera doesnt solve the problem. I am a professional driver and actually still use mirrors in the operations of vehicles).

have you ever tried "fit System C0400" or "CIPA 11650"?

I have found the pointless tiny inset mirror to be really helpful in checking my blind spot before a lane change, but that's just me.

I have the blind spot mirrors on my 2011 Fiesta and love them. I had a Maverick XLT with them and found them not as impressive. I now have a Lariat without the blind spot mirrors and the blind spot on these trucks to be massive. And I know I'm going to get beat up for this comment but I've been driving for 30 years. I know how to adjust mirrors...

Loved the blind spot mirrors on my mustang and think they should be standard on all new vehicles to be honest. A little disappointed that my lariat has the lights instead

I love the mirrors on my Focus. Integrated blind spot mirrors work perfectly. Mirrors can be adjusted to take over as object leaves rear view mirror and still be used to back into parking spaces while watching parking space line on passenger side.

My XL will not come with the integrated blind spot mirrors so stick on mirrors will be installed within days of Mav arrival.

I will be very disappointed if the Mav mirrors cannot be adjusted for all these functions.

I drove a UPS truck for 31 years and convex mirrors were essential. Every vehicle has a blind spot unless you have convex mirrors. On my 23 Lariat that I just received I went to Walmart and bought a two pack of convex mirrors for $2.88. They stick to the bottom inside corners and are adjustable. Sure they show a small vehicle, but it is clearly visible.

I rather like the blind spot mirrors on the Maverick. As for seeing parking lines, use the backup camera to check them.

I look over my shoulder! The Maverick actually has really good vision over both shoulders. But to see lane lines in tight parking lot lanes. The main mirror has to be adjusted way down. And the little blind spot mirror is fixed and you cant dial it in to your preference.

Yea, agreed. the super simple way. Was seeing if there might be anything worth while to not put another little mirror on an already small mirror. Thanks for the reminder!

Yea, the fisheye lenses are money! I drive Fire Engines and 60' Tillers. I HATE not being able to see my rear wheel wells. Was hoping there might be some sweet aftermarket simple full view mirror out there. Was hoping to not have to add another little mirror to an already small mirror. But it seems the easy fix is the tried and true convex add on. Thanks for reminder!
