I had to point it out, but the management owned it (the issue). Water under the bridge at this point, I have moved past it.Sorry to hear that! Is the service department you used going to fix/ remedy the damages?
Did they tell you about the damaged, soiled interiors early on, or did you find out when you picked up your truck?
I was only bringing it up as it would be unfortunate to have those premium Katzkin's affected by a similar situation.
